Looking for a quick bodyweight workout you can do at home or pretty much anywhere?
I love these countdown circuits because I find doing less reps each rounds make it seem easier (hurray for tricking the brain!)
Bonus is that you don’t need any equipment for this one and we’re hitting up all the major muscles and planes of motion.
Complete as a circuit. Start with 10 reps of each exercise, then 9 reps, 8, etc. all the way down to 1 rep. Rest as needed.
