It’s Summer!!! And that means tank tops, dresses, and bathing suits!

Don’t hide behind frumpy t-shirts and long sleeves. Show off those sexy, strong arms :) With this fun arm workout you’ll look even better in a summer dress and you’ll get stronger so you can carry your beach gear with ease.

Complete the Triple Sets as a circuit (one Triple Set after another). Do 6 reps of each exercise in the Triple Set. Complete a total of 6 rounds or as many rounds as you can in 15 minutes. Rest as needed. 

Triple Set 1 – Pushup, Plank Shoulder Tap, Triceps Dips
Triple Set 2 – Biceps Curls Bottom Half, Biceps Curls Top Half, Biceps Curls Full Range
Triple Set 3 – Triple Threat Shoulder Press (Lateral Raise, Rotation, Shoulder Press)
