Quick Dinner Idea – Chicken & Veggies Wrap {recipe}

chicken and veggie wrapStuck on what to eat for dinner? Here’s something easy with only a few ingredients!

What you need:

  • Chicken Breast (fresh or thawed)
  • Red pepper
  • Onion
  • Mushrooms (if you have them around)
  • Avocado
  • Salsa
  • Wrap (I used a pita)

Step 1: Chop veggies and pan fry (We’ve switched to cast iron, which is amazing!)

Step 2: Slice chicken breast into pieces and cook in pan.

(Steps 1 and 2 can be done in the same pan (cook chicken first) or separately. I did separately to make it go faster.chicken and veggies wrap

Step 3: Slice avocado and spread half of it on your wrap. You can be “fancy” and make guacamole … I took the “lazy” way. Add some salsa on top.

Step 4: Add the chicken and veggies.

Wrap up and ENJOY!
