What you need:

Step 1: Chop veggies and pan fry (We’ve switched to cast iron, which is amazing!)

Step 2: Slice chicken breast into pieces and cook in pan.

(Steps 1 and 2 can be done in the same pan (cook chicken first) or separately. I did separately to make it go faster.chicken and veggies wrap

Step 3: Slice avocado and spread half of it on your wrap. You can be “fancy” and make guacamole … I took the “lazy” way. Add some salsa on top.

Step 4: Add the chicken and veggies.
