Stuck on what to eat for dinner? Here’s something easy with only a few ingredients!
What you need:
- Chicken Breast (fresh or thawed)
- Red pepper
- Mushrooms (if you have them around)
- Wrap (I used a pita)
Step 1: Chop veggies and pan fry (We’ve switched to cast iron, which is amazing!)
Step 2: Slice chicken breast into pieces and cook in pan.
(Steps 1 and 2 can be done in the same pan (cook chicken first) or separately. I did separately to make it go faster.
Step 3: Slice avocado and spread half of it on your wrap. You can be “fancy” and make guacamole … I took the “lazy” way. Add some salsa on top.
Step 4: Add the chicken and veggies.
