A few months ago I started seeing friends post on Facebook using the hashtag #100happydays. I was curious so when someone posted a link to 100happydays.com I checked it out.

Basically it’s a challenge to post one photo a day of something that makes you happy. After seeing how simple it was, I signed up. #challengeaccepted :)

I was curious to see if I could do it for the whole 100 days and also what effect it would have on me.

I loved it!!

What a great experience! Some days it was easy to choose my happy moment, whereas other days I really had to think and view my world differently to find a happy moment/thing.

I feel like I have more gratitude for my life and the people and things in it.

I like that even when I was having a bad day I took time to think of something positive. You really learn to appreciate the small things.

I’m also so honoured that some friends have been inspired by me and have started their own 100happydays journey. It’s fun to share in their happiness.

I’m Going to Continue; Join me!

This has been such a rewarding experience that I want to continue. I’ve created my own hashtag – #dailyhappy365 – to use when I post.

I’ll be posting on Instagram and Facebook so you can follow along there.

I’d love to have you join me!! It really is a wonderful way to practice daily gratitude.

It’s so easy! Simply post a photo a day on your favourite social network(s) and use the hashtag. You can even create a personalized hashtag, such as #dailyhappy365LD, as a way to keep track of your own posts.

Even if you don’t want to commit long-term, I challenge you to try it for 3 weeks. I wouldn’t be surprised if you saw some positive benefits.

I hope you’ll participate! Let me know if you do!!
